Yoores Recruitment Solutions, specialist in Recruitment Marketing en marktleider op het gebied van Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) in de Benelux, heeft besloten haar vestiging op Curaçao definitief voort te zetten na een proefperiode van 2 jaar.

 

De voortzetting op Curaçao is het resultaat van een pilot, opgestart in 2016. Tijdens die pilot is het team op Curaçao in korte tijd gegroeid naar 8 personen, verdeeld over Recruitment en Marketing. Gedurende deze periode werd al snel duidelijk dat de vestiging op Curaçao grote voordelen biedt.

 

Edwin Noordeloos, CEO bij Yoores, licht toe: “Het is eenvoudiger om goede medewerkers te vinden op Curaçao. Daarnaast ontwikkelt de lokale economie zich minder hard dan de Nederlandse waardoor de lonen minder hard stijgen dan in Nederland.”
